Date and venue
The meeting will take place on April 22-24, 2010 in the Auditorium “Blauwe Zaal” of the University Medical Center Groningen, signposted from its main entrance, Hanzeplein 1, NL-9713 GZ Groningen, The Netherlands. T +31 (0)50 3616161. The hospital is situated within the city centre of Groningen.Lunches will be served in the building. The prices of coffee, tea, lunches, reception, and a publication with the congress contributions are included in the registration fees. The dinner on Friday-night is not included in the general fee, but should be booked and paid for separately.
Posters
Deadline posters: January 15th 2010!Posters directly related to the subject of the meeting will be welcome. They should fit in an area of 120x120 cm. They can only be accepted if a one-page abstract (A4, letter size 12pt, Word) has been received by us before January 15th, 2010 at the following e-mail address: m.hadders-algra@med.umcg.nl. The abstracts will be collected in a booklet, and distributed at the start of the meeting.
Registration Desk
The Registration Desk will be sited at “the Fonteinpatio” of the UMCG. Opening times are as follows: Wednesday from 14.00 – 16.00 hoursThursday, Friday and Saturday from 08.30 hours

Welcome Reception at a location at walking distance from the meeting venue. is in the UMCG.Friday evening April 23rd
Dinner party at the Estate “The Ennemaborgh” situated about 25 km outside the city of Groningen. Coaches transfer will be provided for the dinner party. Departure from the UMCG to the Estate 18.45 hours. Return to the UMCG about 23.00 hours. Coaches will depart from the front of the UMCG (Hanzeplein 1).Continuing Medical Education
Note that credits for Continuing Medical Education have been received from:- The Nederlandse Vereniging voor Kindergeneeskunde (NVK; the Dutch Society of Paediatrics) with 16 points
- The Nederlandse Vereniging voor Neurology (NVN; the Dutch Society of Neurology) with 19 points
- The Nederlandse Vereniging van Revalidatieartsen (VRA; the Dutch Society of Rehabilitation Medicine) with 17 points
CME credits of the Koninklijk Genootschap voor Fysiotherapie, sectie Kinderfysiotherapie (KNGF / NVFK; the Dutch Society for (paediatric) physiotherapy) will be obtained (procedure in progress)
Delegate cancellation
Notification of cancellation should be made in writing to the Meeting organizers(Wenckebach Instituut, P.O. Box 30.001, 9700 RB Groningen, The Netherlands, attn. Mr. H.F.E.M. Gubbels). Writing must be either by post or fax. E-mail cancellations will not be accepted.
Until March 15th, 2010: the registration fee will be refunded less € 50 administration fee. After March 15th, 2010: no refunds on registration will be made.
No-shows will not be refunded.
Language
The Meeting language will be English. There will be no simultaneous translation facilities.Special Requirements
